Another Gambian has just signed a contract to play professional football abroad. This time with a different tilt.

It was announced through the Gambia Amputee Football Association’s official Facebook page that, ‘Bubacarr Camara has signed with Konya Disabled Force Sports Club in the Turkish division.

Camara set out to make history for being the first ever disabled to be a professional soccer player. The news was welcomed by many and gives confidence to the rest of his colleagues in the association with determination and commitment that their dreams of being professional are realizable.
