Vacation Judge, Justice Sidi Jobarteh has ruled against the bail application of the defense to grant bail to the accused persons.
In her ruling today, Justice Jobarteh refused the bail request but gave an ultimatum to the State to indict the accused persons before the 19th of August or they will be released.

During the last hearing, Defense Counsel complained about the deteriorating situation of the mile two central prison and the seeming suffering her clients are going through.
Claims where denied by the State Counsel in his argument.
It could be recalled that; Sainabou Mbye, Muhammad Mbye and Kibilly Dembale were charged for manslaughter in the lower court and the case was subsequently transferred to the high court last month.
