‘Yimbeh Jam’ to stage its second festival edition featuring the country’s outstanding melodious Barhama and energetic Nyancho, Aparchaky.
The group aspires to promote diverse cultures and ethnicities through music.
Speaking at a presser, Mr Sadia Alieu Faal highlighted their plans in the pipeline to support and champion sporting through contributing to sporting activities in the country.
He vowed to contribute ten percent of what they will gain from the show to enhance community sports among other things.
Nyancho and Barhama who both spoke to the press expressed light for working with the group, ‘Yimbeh’ and urged the public to attend the show in their numbers.
Although the event clashed with another show in the country, organizers are confident that Gambians will support theirs for the development of the music industry.
Barhama’s collaboration with Nyanch, ‘Law Lah Chatt’ has gathered almost ten thousand views in a day on YouTube.
The tune was received in the public space with joy and energy that has since been a talking point for all Gam Music enthusiasts.
